Details: This is Old Maid gone bad. Players take turns responding to rude, funny and absurd topics. Get stuck with the Filthy Old Maid though, and you'll be punished! The player who has the Filthy Old Maid in their hand when the game ends is the loser and has to perform a punishment... usually involving drinking!
